Return and Refund Policy

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and returns methods and procedures. This policy applies to orders within India.

15 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by email at care@sparklegloom.com within 15 days of delivery. If you have received a defective product, please send us a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item at our expense. We will send you a new item at no extra cost. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used for the purchase.

If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The product must be unused. Upon receipt of the product, we will initiate the refund process to the card used for the purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@sparklegloom.com or call +91-9174247561. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and resolve the issue. To return your product, you must contact us via email.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, wrong size, or defective. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at care@sparklegloom.com or call us at +91-9174247561.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refund Timeline:

It may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. While we process the refund immediately upon receipt of the goods, your bank may take additional time to process and credit the amount.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
