Shipping and Delivery Policy of Sparkle Gloom:

Sparkle Gloom, with its registered office at Ward No 2, Main Bazar Rd, near Basavana Gudi, Ilkal, Karnataka 587125, India (“we,” “us,” or “our”) manages and operates the website and mobile or tablet applications www.sparklegloom.com (referred to as “Sparkle Gloom,” “website,” or “app”), which facilitate the sale and purchase of various perfume products (“products”) to the Customer (“Customer,” “user,” “users,” “you,” or “your”).

1.2. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older, of sound mind, and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, can access and use Sparkle Gloom. If you are a minor, under the age of 18, you may use Sparkle Gloom only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.3. This shipping and delivery policy (“policy”), along with the Terms and Conditions and other policies on the website, outlines our procedures for delivering and shipping products purchased on Sparkle Gloom.

1.4. We offer shipping and delivery services for our products across India. To provide you with the best customer experience, we have partnered with leading logistics service providers who handle your orders efficiently, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience. We make every effort to deliver the products to you in a timely manner.

Applicability of Policy

2.1. By using Sparkle Gloom and initiating a purchase request on the website, you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this policy without any modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, we advise you not to proceed with transactions on Sparkle Gloom. Please note that we may modify the terms of this policy from time to time. Before using Sparkle Gloom, we recommend reviewing the policy to understand the current terms and conditions.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We collaborate with third-party logistics service providers (“logistic partner”) to handle the shipping and delivery of products to you. We will share the details of the logistic partner responsible for processing the shipment and delivery of your purchased products from Sparkle Gloom. Our standard dispatch timelines range from 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays) from the date of your product order on the website and it will get delivered within 4-7 business days.

Generally, we start processing the orders received before 4 PM on the same day, and orders received after 4 PM get processed the next day.

You will receive an estimated delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation. You can also check the estimated delivery by entering the pin code. We will also provide order details via the email ID and/or mobile number you have provided. While we primarily rely on our logistic partner, we reserve the right to ship and deliver products independently, without engaging any third-party service providers.

3.2. Although we strive to deliver products across India, we may determine certain areas that are unserviceable for delivery. In such cases, we or our logistic partner will not provide shipping and delivery services to those areas. If an area is deemed unserviceable, we will notify users during the ordering process on Sparkle Gloom. You can also verify whether an area is serviceable by entering the relevant pin code on the website.

3.3. To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information from you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to enable successful delivery. We shall not be liable for any delivery failures resulting from incorrect or insufficient information provided by you during the order placement. We aim to provide secure delivery by utilizing a one-time password (OTP). Upon dispatch, an OTP will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You need to share the OTP with the logistic partner for them to complete the delivery. If you are unable to locate the OTP during delivery, the logistic partner can resend it to your registered mobile number upon request. The OTP remains valid until the end of the delivery day.

3.5. We will make reasonable attempts to deliver the purchased products to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable or unable to accept the delivery after three attempts by our logistic partner, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. In such cases, the product will be returned to its original source, and we may deduct the shipping and delivery charges from any subsequent refunds.

3.6. While we strive to deliver products in a timely manner, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays via email or mobile notifications. However, we disclaim liability for failure to notify you or compensate you for delays in product shipment or delivery.

3.7. We prioritize ethics, integrity, professionalism, and good conduct when engaging with logistic partners, employees, and agents. However, we cannot monitor each delivery executive or guarantee their actions and behavior. We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of delivery individuals, including service deficiencies, wrong deliveries, delays, or package tampering. Any disputes between you and the delivery personnel must be resolved independently, as we are merely facilitating the delivery of purchased products.

3.9. Once you place an order on Sparkle Gloom, we inspect the products for quality assurance, pack them, and hand them over to our trusted logistic partner. You will receive a unique tracking identity number to track the status and location of your purchased products. You can use this tracking number on the website or the mobile application of the logistic partner. While we make every effort to ensure real-time updates, we rely on third-party service providers for delivery and cannot guarantee the accuracy or consistency of tracking information.

3.10. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees for products, which may vary based on factors such as product value, type, delivery area, and payment method. We collect shipping and delivery fees on behalf of the logistic partner. Shipping fees will not be refunded, except in cases of defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect products (as determined by us). Upon delivery, the title and risk of the products pass to you. Cash on delivery orders are subject to the Fees and Payment Policy.

3.11. Returns of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistic partner. After you request a return on Sparkle Gloom and it is acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistic partner will contact you to arrange the collection of the products. Returns and exchanges are processed according to our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
