THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR INDIA ORDERS.

Welcome to our online store! Here at Sparkle Gloom, we're committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, which includes clear and transparent shipping policies. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines.

Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status, shipping details, and the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.

Processing Time: Processing time commences from the date of order placement. Typically, it takes 1 business day (Monday - Saturday) to process orders. Orders placed before 2 PM may even ship on the same day. Once processed, we proceed with shipping. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata).

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 5-7 business days (Monday - Saturday) in regular seasons.

Delivery Costs: We offer Free Delivery on All Orders.

Our Carriers: We primarily use reputable courier partners like Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, and EKart for shipping orders. The specific courier used for your order may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by emailing us at care@sparklegloom.com.

Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (Sparkle Gloom) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of Delivery Address: Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at care@sparklegloom.com or call us at +91-9174247561.

Upon Receipt of Your Order: Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.

Cancellation of Order: We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.

Gift Wrapping: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.

Bank Holidays: Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
